1. Once the photography service reservation has been made and the reservation deposit has been paid, KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD DOES NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUND or any forms of refund IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. After completion of your photography/or videography services, it takes approximately 30-60 working days (exclude weekends & public holidays) to complete your final products stated in your photography service contract/or pre-wedding purchased package. The process as per the schedule; Click here

3. In the case of ‘National Emergency’ eg. Temporary Country Lockdown, war, or enormous natural disaster, KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD will issue a reimbursement of total reservation deposit to the customer in a form of ‘STORE CREDIT’ ONLY, with an appropriate validation (until the situation is being resolved).

4. FOC ‘Exchange/Postpone’ the photoshoot date due to personal or any other reasons other than ‘National Emergency’ is only allowed once upon request of 7 days prior to the ‘Balance Payable Date’ or Photoshoot date along with appropriate supporting documents, KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD will then reschedule the photoshoot date to the next/new available date. In the case where customer is not able to confirm with the new date, KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD will put the reservation deposit on hold until further notice. “EXCHANGE/POSTPONE” the photoshoot date more than one (1) time will incur Exchange fees of RM50 each time.

5. In the case where customer wishes to “CANCEL” the photography service, Videography service or Photoshoot session due to personal reason or any other reasons other than ‘national emergency’, Customer is required to provide at least 7 days notification prior to the ‘Balance Payable date’ or Photoshoot date along with appropriate supporting documents. KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD will issue a reimbursement of reservation deposit to the customer in a form of ‘STORE CREDIT’ ONLY, with one (1) year validation.

6. In the case where KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD happen to cease its operation before commencing of your photoshoot session, customer would be notified and the fair arrangement of reimbursement would be given.

7. For advertisement purposes, your photos/video may appear on KETVONDEE WEDDING STUIDO SDN BHD social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Website). Please inform our staffs prior to sign up to the service if your do not wish to have your photos/video appear on social media.
