The full amount of rental fees is required when the rental reservation is made. KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. does not accept partial payment of rental fees.

Once the rental reservation has been made and the rental fees has been paid in full, KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. DOES NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUND, ONLINE TRANSFER REFUND, CHEQUE/CREDIT/DEBIT CARD/E- WALLET REFUND or any other forms of refund  IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

FOC Exchange due to change of mind is only allowed upon request of twenty-one (21) days prior to the ‘Collection date” stated on the rental contract. Exchange request less than twenty-one (21) days will incur Exchange fees of RM50 per dress.

Cancellation is only allowed upon request of thirty (30) days prior to the “Collection date” stated on the rental contract, then the total rental fees will be reverted to the renter in a form of “ STORE CREDIT” ONLY, with one year validation from the day cancellation was made (please refer to NO.2 No refund). Cancellation request less than thirty (30) days will incur the total rental fees amount being forfeited.

The Security Deposit MUST BE paid upon collection on the “COLLECTION DATE” stated on the rental contract, and in the form of CASH OR ONLINE TRANSFER ONLY (Debit/Credit card, cheque, E-wallet or store credit is not accepted). Payment of security deposit prior to the stated “collection date” is not allowed. 

Once the rented items have been collected and departed outside of the studio, those rented items are considered worn and used. Exchange or cancellation is not allowed in any circumstances. 

The Security Deposit will be refunded once all the rented items are returned in its original condition. However, penalties will be charged if rented items/dress/gowns/suits/garment equipment are misplaced, damaged, or unreturned (not return within 7 days). In order to receive the Online Transfer Security Deposit Refund within the above time frame, renter must ensure to provide accurate and valid bank account details upon return on the ‘Return Date”. KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any delays or mistakes caused by incorrect or invalid information given by the renter.

Renter is required to return all the rented items stated on the rental contract and all other garment equipment includes hanger, garment bag and accessories box & shoes box (which mention on the security deposit receipt) on the “Return Date” stated on the rental contract. LATE RETURN WILL INCUR PENALTY OF RM30 PER DAY. All rented items must be returned at the same branch as the rental contract was conducted. Returning at the branch that is differ from the location stated on your rental contract will incur transportation fees of RM30 per dress. Click here for our locations

In the event of fabric allergies, renter is required to inform the staffs before trying on dresses/gowns/suits as KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. is not responsible for any accidents/incidents caused by fabric allergies. 

In the case where the “event has been postponed” and the new event date has been arranged, renter is required to provide at least 7 days notification prior to the ‘Collection date’ along with appropriate supporting documents. KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. will then reschedule the renter’s Rental Contract to the new advised date. However, if the new event date has not been arranged, renter is also required to provide at least 7 days notification prior to the ‘Collection date’ along with appropriate supporting documents. KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. will then put the renter’s rental contract on hold until further notification.

In the case where the “event has been cancelled”, renter is required to provide at least 7 days notification prior to the Collection date along with appropriate supporting documents. KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. will issue a reimbursement of total rental fees to the renter in a form of ‘STORE CREDIT’ ONLY, with one year validation.

In the case of “National Emergency” eg. Temporary Country Lock down, War, or Enormous natural disaster, KETVONDEE WEDDING STUDIO SDN. BHD. will issue a reimbursement of total rental fees to the renter in a form of ‘STORE CREDIT’ ONLY, with an appropriate validation (until the situation is being resolved).
